After last nights festivities and late return the pilgrims did very well to get up early for breakfast at the catechetical site.
The bishop of Bangladesh spoke about the world needing hope. The media often portray youth in a negative manner, but In Bangladesh about a month ago the youth assisted in the rescuing of victims of a building collapse some even giving their lives for others. We have been challenged when we return home to keep the fire burning rather than just returning to our normal lives.
The Aussie gathering is always a great affair and we were treated to some excellent music, and uplifting talks from the bishops. Cardinal Pell gave us a final blessing.
